A difference between the Luit Fellow fellowship and others is that it’s not only a need-based fellowship, but also a need-based mentorship. It has helped all Luit Fellows and Luit Scholars including me, to grow up on our way to success.

We have learned so much, including the importance of mental health, career guidance and how to be an overall good human being.

As I belong to a poor family, my family is unable to provide me with all the things related to my education. However, thanks to Luit Fellows I have been given the opportunity to fulfill my dreams. Luit Fellows provides us not only with educational support, but also mental support. Our respected mentors always guide us to choose the right path.

I have become a Luit scholar now. The overall journey from Luit fellow to Luit scholar is very beautiful; it has taught me a lot of things. Once again, thank you Luit Fellows for helping students like us.

It has been five years for me as a Luit Fellow and Scholar after the HSLC result in 2018. At that time I thought it was just a scholarship that would provide a fixed amount for educational expenses.

However, as time passed, I realized that it is not just a scholarship, but a new family that I got as a gift from God, where I can share all of my happiness and pains. I have learnt a lot as a Luit Fellow, and I hope I will continue to do so.

Luit fellow is an emotion for me. From my point of view, it is the best organization for all those needy who want to fulfill their dreams, but due to lack of money or proper guidance, are unable to do so.

Along with financial support, Luit Fellow always mentors me as a guide in my journey. Thank you so much Luit Fellow, I have no words to explain how precious you are to me.

Today I am in Tezpur University doing my integrated BSc/MSc in chemistry because of Luit Fellow and Luit Scholar program.

It helps me by providing financial help as well as career guidance, mentoring and counselling. It gives me strength and confidence in going forward in life.
