Manthan

Manthan is a two-day annual retreat for induction of new Luit Fellows held each year around Oct-Nov in Guwahati, Assam. It brings together both new fellows and their parents and to share experiences, provide a platform to interact and listen to life stories of successful individuals including Luit Fellows alumni. Efforts are made to bring clarity on the road ahead and help develop soft skills.
Counselling sessions are organised with professional psychologists and counsellors.
This we hope will inspire the fellows to fulfil their dreams.
